Custom Work FAQ
• Do you need this piece completed by a specific date? Since I usually have multiple custom orders at a time and only so many spots available per month, this is a first come - first served queue. But I do try to accommodate - so please communicate your needs.
• The cost of custom beading will depend on what you are requesting and I will give you an estimated price, as well as let you know how long it will take once I have more information from you.
• When you have approved the estimated time and cost - I will design your one of a kind beading and send you photos to approve the design, as well as give you an exact cost of the item.
• Once a Design and Cost is approved, I ask for a 50% down payment via PayPal or Venmo. *Only when a down payment is received do I proceed with your custom piece.
• When the item is complete, the remaining payment can be sent via PayPal, Venmo or I can create an Etsy listing for you if you would rather.
